minta maaf cikgu... saya baru terperasan attachment yg telah dipos oleh cikgu Faridah... boleh saya tahu dari mana @ sumber cikgu dapat fadilat2 tu?? sbb fadhilat tu mmg x ada disebut dalam hadis2 sahih Nabi SAW.. mmg dulu pun daya selalu jgk baca ttg fadhilat2 nie.. saya masih mencari kalau2 ada disebut dalam kitab2 hadis sahih tapi setakat nie saya masih x berjumpa... boleh cikgu bgtau sumbernya TQ..

Tips untuk kurangkan keletihan & conserve energy di bulan Ramadan ini
   1.  Malam banyakkan minum air.
   2.  makan kurma 6-10 semasa sahur untuk bekalan glucose untuk siang hari.
   3.  Makan sayuran banyak untuk serat yang banyak so kurang rasa lapar.
   4.  Makan oat atau any cereal bagi yang gastrik.
   5.  Selawat ke atas Nabi apabila minum air suam gelas terakhir sebelum tamat imsak untuk
       mengelakkan rasa dahaga sepanjang hari.


Cubalah , insyallah mendapat manfaat bersama.....
