Johor and Kedah - the answers are at the last page of the file you downloaded.  As for Penang, have to look for the answer ourselves.  The Kuching Zon B, I'll scan first and upload soon.

IV Sungai Kinabatangan digunakan untuk menghanyutkan kayu balak [true], dari kawasan pedalaman hingga ke pelabuhan untuk dieksport [true], Sandakan [not sure].

so i checked several map (with students) where is Sandakan & where the Kinabatangan River flow.

one of my Geo teacher looked for information about Banjaran Titiwangsa [whether the mention 'terpanjang di Malaysia atau sebaliknya']. She found 'Banjaran Titiwangsa terpanjang di Semenanjung Malaysia' in atlas.

right now i asked my students to stick with II and III because we assumed that Kinabatangan River end not in Sandakan. still not sure.

The Kinabatangan River (Sungai Kinabatangan) is located in Sabah, eastern Malaysia, on the island of Borneo. It is the second longest river in Malaysia, with a length of 560 kilometers from its headwaters in the mountains of southwest Sabah, to its outlet at the Sulu Sea, east of Sandakan. Here's the map showing that Sandakan is on the west of the river.  Not exactly on the river mouth, though.  There's a gulf in between.
