I don't know will I get sue or supports after I post this topic or not, just want to share what I experienced...
Still remember when it launched and when it reached your school? What I mean is the Fasa VI laptop DELL. Just few months, wireless adapter burned, built-in fan stopped. can't detect and online wirelessly anymore, and when u touch the bottom of the laptop, as like your touching my eyes now, like on fire!...
Done with my opening. I called the MIXXS hotline, reporting bout what happened to 'their' laptop. Following this I think maybe I explain in steps la:
1. I called, answer me their having system down, will call me back for my report number
2. Second day, got my report number, said problem will be solve soon
3. About 2 weeks after, a guy from the 'subcon' called, made appointment to meet on Friday in that week, but didn't showed up
4. Called to hotline, said will contact them ('subcon' I mean)
5. The following week, a girl from 'subcon' called, said technician was outstation, will contact me in that week, but they didn't do so
6. The next week (3rd week of contacting 'connecting' with 'subcon'), called 'subcon' from received calls number inside my hp, the girl said will contact me again after the guy reached kuching. Called them again on Wednesday after no respond from, finally a guy again who answered, trying to solve my problem just on phone, but failed. Confirmed with me will meet me on Friday
7. Friday... that’s today... just passed 4pm... No any shadow seems to appear yet...
Said that the fan is not working, can try to play a vcd or dvd, then it'll back to normal to spin again. Tried, that really works, but what about my wireless LAN adapter???!!!!!
