To stay attentive and not bored during lesson time, try the following;
When the teacher is teaching, respond to yourself at all time by saying,

Ooo.. I see
Now I understand
Ya.. ke?
Is it?
Ooo.. then i was wrong all the while
No wonder i don't understand
Ya, now i understand
Ehh.. not that difficult le..

Ask question when in doubt. I am sure these silent responses to yourself while the teacher is sweating it out to teach you will keep you busy thinking (kill the boredom).

It should not be how to make the subject more interesting to you.... but how to make yourself more interested in the subjects.....
Why??? Because most of the subjects are fixed, 'dead' or compulsory to be learnt.... Only yourself is alive, and that is the only thing that can be change....

Pendapat saya, firstly, you have to "LOVE" your school, then "LOVE" your teachers........only then the love of studying will arose....kata sayalah!
