Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,

Saya perlukan pandangan dari teman-teman seperjuangan berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan LDP untuk guru.
Saya diminta oleh GK Bahasa untuk mengajar penggunaan ICT di dalam P&P subjek bahasa. Saya pula bukan dalam bidang bahasa, jadi tidak pasti apa yang perlu ditunjukkan dalam LDP tersebut. Saya mohon bantuan teman seperjuangan jika ada idea apakah bahan yang boleh saya sampaikan untuk guru-guru bahasa sekolah saya. Kalau dalam kepala saya nak ajar cara download video dari eduwebtv (contoh bahas, pidato, pantun), masukkan dalam slide, penggunaan excell untuk latihan pengukuhan, cara penggunaan peralatan ICT yang betul. Ada idea lain tak?

Cikgu Zamhani,

      Why don't you distribute a need analysis form to colleagues and let the teachers in your school to fill in the in-house courses that they wish to attend according to their needs and interests.  I'm sure it will be able to solve your problem of "cracking  your head" and giving you headaches   ???over what courses to be conducted.  The teachers will be happy to attend these courses as these are what they want.

true.. dalam buku panduan perlaksanaan LDP tahun 2009 ada disertakan borang soal selidik kursus yang dikehendaki. cikgu fotostat dan edarkan kepada semua guru di sekolah. bagi masa mengisi soal selidik tersebut, kutip semula dan buat analisis keperluan.. selesai masalah cikgu.
