i'm a new teacher majoring in English
currently teaching in a primary school in Belaga
according to my coursemate teaching in sabah, new teachers especially those who are from the English option are entitled to apply for BISP
anybody can upload the BISP Application forms 2009 here?
and what are the other documents required for the application?

yes.i have consulted my kerani.the form that we have here is the old form.
the other teachers here do not have the latest info on the claim for BISP for year 2009.
what i'm looking for here is the new BISP form where new teachers like me can apply for BISP incentive.
apparently the new BISP incentive is also available for new teachers although not yet 'sah dalam jawatan'.
i do not know how true this is as my school we are also lack of the latest info on BISP.

Cikgu Kho,
 
     You can get the latest form to entitle you to claim for BISP from your local PPDK.  I'm sure the PPDK must have the forms concerned.  After you have the forms ready, you must attach your other relevant documents such as your Sijil Perguruan which stated clearly about your option, your current individual timetable which shows the number of periods of BI that you teach and also your maktab result slip which showed the result of BI.

ada yang kata dilantik dalam jawatan.....ada yang kata disahkan dalam jawatan......

Penyudahnya, sudah 2 tahun saya x dapat BISP

Bayaran BISP akan diberi kepada guru opsyen BI yang telah disahkan dalam jawatan dan mengajar sekurang-kurangnya 14 waktu dalam seminggu.

 Jika bukan opsyen BI pula mesti telah mengajar sekurang-kurangnya tiga tahun berturut-turut. Lepas itu baru boleh mohon.

Ok. My opinion on this matter.
I think your form have not been processed.
Please do check with your school's clerk or your principal.
I did once fill all the forms until i was promoted to DG41.
and I did got my 2 years bisp allowance backdated.

Saya telah memohon BISP.Mengajar sains 2008,2009 dan 2010.Permohonan tidak berjaya atas alasan belum cukup syarat 3 tahun.2011 baru layak.sijil guru,pengesahan dalam jawatan,surat perlantikan,sijil akademik tertinggi,keputusan ujian english(band 3,4,5)dan jadual waktu 3 tahun kebelakangan harus disertai kalau memohon.Permohonan ditolak oleh PPD Bintulu.Borang diguna"FOR INSENTIF  PERAKUAN BISP" LAMPIRAN B  BAYARAN INSENTIF SUBJEK PENDIDIKAN(BISP)
