ATTENTION, all you primary and secondary students out there! This is the last call for nominations for the Teacher Idol 2008 makeover session.

If you want your favourite teacher to be treated like a celebrity for a day, write in and tell us why he or she deserves to be given a makeover, courtesy of our sponsors.

Two male and two female teachers from either primary or secondary schools will be selected for a day of styling fun in the Klang Valley on May 10.

First up will be a fashion session at Salabianca (for women) and Philosophy (for men), where the chosen four will get to try on new outfits and experiment with different styles of clothing.

Then it will be off to A Cut Above, where they will get their hair styled, and a session with a professional make-up artist, courtesy of L'Oreal Paris.

Of course, no makeover will be complete without a photo shoot to show off their brand new looks!

So, students, tell us – with your teacher's permission, of course – in not more than 250 words why your teachers deserve to be made over this Teachers Day.

Tell us why you think they are so special. How have they inspired you? Have they made a difference in your life?

Or is there just something about the way they teach?
