PEralatan PPSMI yang dibekalkan tahun lepas (Bilik Pemulihan) rosak. Tolong share prosedur pelaporan kerosakan. Kepada siapa perlu dilaporkan....PPD? Atau pembekal?  Huh

Masih dalam jaminan tu....lapor saja kepada pembekal, dlm masa yang sama perlu ada pemberitahuan ke pejabat.

Saya kurang juga pengalaman dalam hal ini. Tetapi secara logik prosedurnya kita hendaklah melalui PPD. Pihak PPD akan ambil tindakan dengan melaporkan kepada pembekal. Laporan kepada PPD hendaklah menggunakan borang yang telah disediakan.

Borang tu boleh diperolehi di sekolah atau di ppd? Laporan ke pejabat dah dibuat (surat), nampaknya perlu juga buat laporan kepada pembekal.

Ya cikgu... boleh lapor secara online sekarang ni, jangan lupa catat nombor laporan yang diberi oleh pihak pembekal dalam buku log dan tarikh laporan dibuat.

Cikgu Nadzari,

     Are you talking about the phase 6(Fasa VI) laptops and printer?  If yes, then the preventive maintainence will be done by Mimos.  Look at the acknowledgment of receipt for these laptops.  Search for the toll free telephone number.  Then, contact them and tell them the types of problems that you faced and they will ask you for the serial no. for your laptop.  Later on, they will call you to reconfirm the problem and inform you the date that they will repair the laptop.  Hope this will help in solving your problem.

tel kat vendor...dia akan datang dalam masa 3@5 hari bekerja....jika tak datang  lagi ,tel. semula...itu berdasarkan pengalaman kat sek saya..
