Escape again, what I knew is ICT teachers (not teaching Sc or Maths) no need to sit for PTP yet.

Is it? Good if that is true because our ketua bidang for Maths and Science said compulsory for ICT teachers too..... Hopefully no PTP for ICT teachers. Thanks Mr. Leander for the corrections. I can tell penyelaras PPSMI about this. Luckily we have engkabang to clarify. But whatever it is, we should be prepared at all time.

Mengikut BPG, guru-guru ICT pada tahun 2008 ini masih belum disuruh untuk menduduki PTP.  Tapi kalau Cikgu Agnes juga mengajar Matematik maka cikgu dikehendaki menduduki PTP kecuali cikgu Agnes telah mendapat keputusan Bahasa Inggeris SPM (Gred 1-3) atau MCE (Gred 1-8).  Bagi Program Penilaian Program PPSMI semua guru PPSMI termasuk guru teknikal (ICT) dikehendaki mengisi instrumen yang dibekalkan oleh PPK, KPM. Thanks.

If you dont have any copy of the Module SAL,  it is advisable for you to get a copy and try to do all the exercises given in the modul for you to prepare for the coming PTP.

Borang penilaian sudah pun diisi dan dihantar.... Ada bahagian-bahagian tertentu tak dapat diisi oleh guru-guru ICT.

There are still a few things that BPG, KPM going to clear up about the criteria for the ptp candidate. Will let Puan Habsah know when we have the answer.  At the moment PTP is only for maths and science teachers. ICT teachers not included except that they had attended the ETeMS course and scored Level 1,2,3 (PTP 2007).

You are right at the moment all the ICT teachers not asked to sit for the PTP 2008.  But later we are not sure what will BPG's criteria again.  So we just have to wait and see. Thanks Cik gu Habsah

i was wondering why they didn't take into consideration of MUET? because the things almost the same as MUET (the component, i mean) i feel like us taking MUET has no meaning at all.

p/s - no offend  Tongue  (because it happen also last time at my Uni when we go for courses)
