cannot view attachment

why am i keep on seeing this message :" there are 1 attachment in this post which you cannot view or download " is there anything wrong ? Ive registered myself and introduced myself as instructed. Im already a member in the group of teacher outside sarawak . how to solve my problem ? please help.

Hello, i m a student also, facing the same problem abt reading those attachments. Do i miss out any procedure? and, when will i be assigned by portal team? Please help me. Thanks a lot!
