Mr Teoh,
July paper or now (June paper) is only available for Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics. They called it Peperiksaan Ulangan.  It is for those who sat the SPM the previous year to enrol again somewhere in June the following year.

For us here in Sarawak, every ketua pengawas is asked to give 2 sets of test paper to the principal, for every exam.  I'm sure this applies to Sabah too.  So you can ask your pengetua or PK for the past year paper.  Unless your school is a new school sitting for SPM, then you can ask your pengetua to ask from unit penilaian dan peperiksaaan in your daerah, including the SPM Julai paper.  As SPM Ulangan is for private candidates, the test paper is not given to school.  So it is only available in UPP.  I was serving in UPP before and I'm sure UPP Sabah operates in the same way.
