was wandering... kapwersky with licensing does that come with an ori cd which is to be given to school ? or kita just sign on a piece of paper to acknowledge it? very funny... beli barang tapi barang tak nampak... atau alasan kita semua workstations jadi dptlah kapersky workstation... hahahahahahah..../..

Kaspersky was installed by GiTN people. Not Cd will be given.

what I mean is that everytime we are supply with ICt product it should come with cd installer... unless this GiTN people hanya buat patches... Quite unfair ... gomen spending money only onkapersky antivirus but we are not provided with cd installer whatmore to say cd key or whatsoever.... what do u think ?

I gave some feedback to GiTN people when they gave us Latihan Sehari, seem that Kaspersky give a very nice proposal to Gov on their product with promising good service and setup a similar server in Malaysia. I think business is business, since Gov already accepted the agreement I don't think we can do anything. What we can do only give the feedback. So, when your pc crash and need to reinstall kaspersky you need to call GiTN.  Cry

The worst now is soon computer without kaspersky will not be able to use schoolnet. So, by 'force' we need to install kaspersky in school.

Kaspersky lisence will expire within 10 days.........Any school got same problem?Huh?

license expired utk kapersky memang dihadapi boleh dikatakan semua.. so saya cadangkan sdr/i berhubung terus dengan GITN, kerana syarikat tersebut merupakan yang bertanggungjawab terhadap antivirus kapersky berkenaan. ok

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh kebanyakan sekolah, terutamanya sekolah saya (kerana di pedalaman), respon dari pihak GiTN sangat lambat. laptop PPSMI fasa 5 sehingga ke hari ini, belum lagi dikemaskini license. License untuk Kapersky dalam kesemua laptop berkenaan telah expired sebelum sampai ke sekolah saya lagi. En. zamri, boleh perkenalkan diri di ruangan Introduce Yourself? Supaya senang moderator masukkan cikgu ke kumpulan-kumpulan yang berkenaan kerana banyak feature lain dalam forum ni yang khas untuk kumpulan tertentu sahaja.

Dek...who has attended the Latihan Sehari Pengurusan Keselamatan SchoolNet from your school? You can ask the two of them. They have been briefed about MSS SchoolNet during the course and were given modules as well by the GITN. Please check with them.

One of the nazir from KL pay us a visit 2 weeks ago and checked our internet system. I've asked him how to make this GITN act quickly after receiving complaint. He said we better call GITN call-line first, after that followed by complaint letter. The most important part that you must cc your complaint letter to KSN. Hope this advice will help you.

I called the GITN more than 1 month ago.  Only today the technician came to reinstall Kapersky to our school desktop n laptop.
