Tabulation of data in Paper 3

Do we have to fill in the information in the table for the tabulation of data in Experiment Planning Question???

Is it required to do so for observation (like colour change), but no for numeral value (like volume, voltage)??

Please clarify!!

For essay in paper 3, we are asking to PLAN an experiment. So we are not aspect to have any observation / data in the table // or any conclusion or discussion on graph. NO LIKE PHYSIC.... please don't confuse with other subject. Hope this is clear.... thank you

For Paper 2, we need to have add data  / observations in the table drawn but for Paper 3, leave the responding variable blank but must fill in the manipulated variable involved in the expt.
Other science elective subjects have different requirements for Paper 3, it is very confusing for teachers and also students
