First time using scanner scan the papers. The images are then converted to pdf using microsoft word. If not the size is very large. Any pro can teach me a better way? I still have paper 2 and 3 but can anyone teach me any method that will not waste me a lot of time?

Scan the papers and save in JPEG files (smaller size) and put into a folder, then zip it.Hope this can help.

Use the Scansoft paperport programme. You can scan your document and save it in the pdf format.
