Time: 4:30PM (+8GMT Malaysia)
Duration: 2 Hours
Scopes: Backup Maintenance & Hard Drive Checking
Possible Problems: Hard Drive Damage (Bad Sectors)

In the event we have found a positive hard drive bad sector problems, we will be replacing hard drive on:

Date: 3 Sept 2007 (Monday)
Time: 5:00PM (+8GMT Malaysia)
Duration: 1 Hour
Scopes: Backup Maintenance & Hard Drive Replacement

IMPORTANT:
1. From our premature early warning detection: We believe the hard drive error may possibly crashes anytime.
2. We are now making manual backup everyday from 4PM.
3. We urge all customers to generate their own full backup into your own PC from cPanel > Generate Full Backup

This is to keep all customers informed and take necessary precaution.
