I noticed that several topics have titles in mass caps.

Mass caps= talking in all caps. LIKE THIS SO FUN RITE?!

Online mass caps is the equivalent of shouting. It's nice when you need to make a point. And it's fun when you're being silly but when you're trying to be serious, mass caps takes away the seriousness of it all.

Please don't type in all caps. It hurts the eyes, it's harder to read and it's bad netiquette.

If you enjoy mass caps, please tell me why or feel free to ignore me.

Rule 13. No SHOUTING

Remember, using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in posts is considered yelling and rude, plus it is difficult to read.

I think the rule is clear enough, just that people are not reading what they should have read, or chosed not to understand what should have been understood. Wink
