I would answer like this :
diffusion in gas :(based on experiment where bromine vapour diffuses from one gas jar to the other gas jar.....)
--- the movement of brown bromine vapour from the bottom gas jar to the top gas jar until both gas jars are evenly filled with brown bromine vapour

diffusion in solid : based on experiment where potassium manganate (VII) crystals diffuse in the jelly ....)
---- the movement of the purple potassium manganate crystals in the test tube until the test tube is evenly coloured purple

diffusion in liquid
    something similar to the above
