Dear Affected Customers,

Server Downtime Report (21 Oct 2007 - 22 Oct 2007)

It has come to our attention that the server were having accessibility issues on the 21st and 22nd of October 2007 (Sunday & Monday).

Further investigations found that the IP has been blocked due to denial of service by the Data Center.

In respond to the above matters, we have changed the server IP again as a quick and temporary solution. This was completely done on 22nd October (Monday morning hours). If you are still having problem to access to your website and e-mails, please write us back to investigate further.

Some delay would occur as new IP is propagating into the name server causing longer downtime as expected. This is beyond our technical assistance to assist further, but to only wait until they are fully propagating.

As this isn't the first time event, we fully understand the nature of this problems and have come up with short term plans to re secure the server, changing back IP address, reassigning IP address and to transfer accounts out to different servers based on our audit results.

Therefore there will be server maintenance carried out everyday internally until this matter is resolved. It will not cause any major downtime while the maintenance work is being carried on.

We regret for any inconvenience that was caused and we are committed to take all necessary actions to stop this from recurring.
