May i know what is the answer for operational definition for rate of reaction? (based on SPM paper 3 2009)

operational definition normally base on the observations of one particular experiment. As for this question, the rate of reaction should be define as volume of gas evolved per unit of time  or per second ( refer to the data given in table )

other example : operational definition for acid will be a substance which will turn moist blue litmus paper to red.
