im very dissapoint towards whoever sets the rules of introduction and etc and failed to do so.

Dear Admins,

I have registered properly according to the guidelines given. However, it seems like I still have not been allocated to my membergroup even after waiting for a long time. I understand that a quick response might be too much to wish for (considering real life workload), however this slow verification process has actually become an obstacle for both teachers and students to access this site and gain their much needed help. I wish that the process can be completed as soon as possible.

If there are not enough admins, why isn't an automatic allocation provided? There are lots of users in this forum, and it will surely be a huge burden to actually verify them one by one. Automated system will make tasks easier, won't it?
