Dear Members,


We are currently experiencing network difficulties today since this morning.


14 Nov 2007 (Wednesday)


The issues were originated from node in Jaring (Kuala Lumpur). Their sources had informed us that it was caused by network issues from Telekom Malaysia (TM) backbone and they have been working to fix this issues.


There is nothing we can do on our side to fix this issue and we have already requested the engineers to expedite the fixes.


We had proposed server migration to a new Datacenter from Kuching to Cyberjaya2 this weekend as announced yesterday. This is to prevent such issues from happening again due to network issues across penisular Malaysia to Kuching. Today incident is not related to our server migration plans or any maintenance we proposed on 17 and 18 Nov 2007.
